2nd Flush Darjeeling
Light and aromatic, this 2nd flush Darjeeling is a blend of black teas from specially selected estates. The greeny-brown leaves have a flowery aroma, and notes of stone fruit and muscatel. This tea is best drunk without milk or lemon to enjoy the subtle fruity flavours.
This Darjeeling is richer, more robust and full-bodied than a 1st flush Darjeeling, but is lighter and sweeter than many other black teas.
Leaf grade: G.F.O.P.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 3 minutes.
