Of the eighty five high altitude plantations that produce Darjeeling teas, there’s only one that you really, really want to taste.
 
It’s the most highly valued ‘first flush’ estate harvest, a flowery orange pekoe grade that’s often considered the ‘champagne of tea’. It’s reserved by the world’s best tea merchants year after year.
 
And that’s where ours comes from. This black whole leaf tea is our house blend of teas from several small farms. We think it’s pretty wonderful.
