Green TeaGreen tea is made of bright and young tea leaves.
After harvesting, leaves are withered and steamed, which is actually a really good thing, as it gives the tea a fresh flavour closest to the taste of the leaf itself. And they contain most antioxidants too.
There are many green tea varieties and they tend to have wonderful names like Chun Mee, Dragonwell, Gunpowder, Hojcha, Idulgashinna, Matcha and Sencha. Apart from their health benefits the one other thing they have in common is a refreshingly subtle taste.
We have three different varieties of green tea. Click on the links to the left to find out why we think they’re a bit wonderful.
