Gu Zhang Mao Jian

Harvested ten days each spring in the Wuyi mountains of China, this tea is renowned for its tender silver tips, mellow taste and unique chestnut character.
 
It’s so highly priced that it rarely makes its way beyond China’s borders. We use it to make our Pure Green tea. It’s particularly clean, light and fresh, with nothing but green tea. It’s a truly special experience – try it while we can still get hold of this prince among teas.
